There are lots of refineries. Texas has about 30. This won’t do a thing to the price at the pump.

When was the last time we built a new refinery?

Are our refineries secured?

How many of our refineries are down? How many are producing?

It seems that this plant manufactures polyethylene and polypropylene feedstocks for plastics industry. Not fuels.
