There are quite a few refineries in Louisiana also. But you will see a market reaction even if pump prices don’t move much.

This won’t do a thing to the price at the pump.It shouldn't, but it probably will. I'd expect the price to go up about 10 cents a gallon and stay up through Labor Day.
