Vladimir Putin On Interference in the Trump-Clinton 2016 US Presidential Election...and on Trump
targetliberty ^ | 7-19-19 | Oliver Stone

Russian President Vladimir Putin sat down on June 19, 2019, in the Kremlin, for an on the record interview with Oliver Stone. The Russian government has released a transcript of the interview. Below is Putin's discussion with Stone about the 2016 presidential election.-RW Oliver Stone: Yes. So recently, you know Russia has been obviously accused and accused over and over again of interference in the 2016 election. As far as I know there is no proof, it has not turned up. But now in the US there has been an investigation going on about Ukraine’s interference in the election. It seems that it was a very confusing situation, and Poroshenko seems to have been very strongly pro-Clinton, anti-Trump. Vladimir Putin: Yes, this is no secret. Oliver Stone: Do you think there was interference? Vladimir Putin: I do not think that this could be interpreted as interference by Ukraine. But it is perfectly obvious that Ukrainian oligarchs gave money to Trump’s opponents. I do not know whether they did this by themselves or with the knowledge of the authorities.

Oliver Stone is a Russia lover. He believes it was Russia alone responsible for defeating Germany in WWII.

Of course not, but that does not mean he didn’t interfere at all. In fact he was far more likely to have interfered for Hillary. If that was the case do you think he would even acknowledge that fact? My whole point is do not take any of this other than the Bull Spit it really is.

For any version of any event you need at least some ground. ‘Far more likely’ is how conspiracy theories are born.

I don’t think ‘alone’ is entirely correct and didn’t hear Stone saying that but it is certainly close to truth.

You are missing my point.

Just because he was talking about interference by Ukraine, it was not done so to bolster President Trump's image or even spotlight foreign intervention to attack Hillary. It was merely a distraction tool, because later on Oliver Stone tells us exactly how bad he thinks Donald Trump is. It is all great for someone on the left to cozy up to Putin, as far as the press goes, but if President Trump tries to develop a friendly working relationship he is labeled Putin's puppet. I see people laying out accolades for both these men. Neither man deserves any positive recognition. Neither man in my book is a good man in my book. Doesn't mean I want war with Putin or Russia, because I don't. But I see no reason to be enemies who are unable to communicate or even work together on things where we can find common ground on.

Usually Stone is a nut job on conspiracies. However he is surprisingly thoughtful and coherent with this interview.

Not far from the truth when considering Russia fought Germany for over six years whereas the U.S. was on European soil for nine months. Or one can compare the Russian KIA with US KIA. Or one can compare the number of German divisions fighting on the eastern front with the few fighting on the Western front. Or one could compare the number of Russian aircraft built as compared with US production. Our lend-lease program provided Russia with less than 2% of their aircraft. Etceteras, etceteras, etceteras. Who got to Berlin first?

I don’t know where he is . His parents backed off the investigation, perhaps to save their other son . There was an article posted last week about it .

Russia fought Germany for over six years

What? Russia colluded with Nazi Germany for nearly 2 years (not counting their prewar partnership) and then fought them for 4.

...nothing truer than the following, and it is the Deep State, including FakeNewsMSM, that gave the public the licence to not accept THEIR loss:

Oliver Stone: What was unprecedented?

Vladimir Putin: It was the first time the losing side does not want to admit defeat and does not respect the will of the voters.

Putin's right on this... a page was turned when democrats decided NOT to accept the results of an election. Remember when they accused Trump - said he would not accept Hillary's win? Projection again. Now democrat are say 'Trump won't step down if he loses' - which means IF DEMOCRATS WIN THEY WON'T STEP DOWN WHEN THEY LOSE.

We know what they're up to by what they project on to us...
