America isn’t France or England. Air conditioning is common and even people who don’t have air conditioning can find a way to get to a place that has it.

Undoubtedly the “Green New Deal” people and carbon footprint fanatics will have their A/C running full blast.

I will believe there’s a climate emergency when the people telling me there’s a climate emergency start acting like there’s a climate emergency.

Sounds like a nice day for some NY Democrat politicians to host campaign picnics in their district’s and state parks.

Nadler, Schumer, Gillibrand, Mahoney, all the NY House Democrats who voted with AlGreen to Impeach.

I remember taking Regents exams in 8th grade and using fans....JUNE 1957.

And air conditioning in your house?? Yeh right....you fanned yourself with a piece of cardboard

I clearly remember a day at summer camp in 1964, around July 4th...104 degrees in Bucks County PA.

What a summer that was.

In SiouxFalls, SD, soaring temperatures of 93F

I think I've found the problem.

Sioux Falls, South Dakota, soaring temperatures of 93F with a heat index of 107F were reported
heat in·dex, noun: a measure indicating the level of discomfort the average person is thought to experience as a result of the combined effects of the temperature and humidity of the air.
Bull hockey-puck global warming hysteria. The heat index is not real. It's a made up number. I swear, made up to panic people. Not unlike attaching an index to the Chelyabinsk meteor event in Russia before it happened and calling it The Extinction Level Event Index. Doesn't have much to do with reality.

I think our ancestors chose the ground of Washington DC as the capitol for a reason. It’s hot, swampy and muggy as hell in the summer. They counted on the people of government to escape that harsh summer climate thereby reducing their meddling too much in our affairs.

Then came air conditioning and “civil servants”.

The crushing mass of hot air is likely to blanket the region, home to a third of the U.S. population, through Sunday with little overnight relief, said meteorologist David Roth of the National Weather Service's Weather Prediction Center.

He's just a gigalo...

It will only reach 90° F. in Sacramento, CA today. That’s actually cool for a Sacramento summer.

In the Summer it gets hot in D.C. in fact up until the invention of air conditioning D.C. was a diplomatic hardship station and the government would basically shut down during the Summer.
