I would rather they take her to court and sue her for it rather than bill her for it. Its not physically possible for anyone to open airplane doors in a modern pressurized jet.
She can however legally be sued for a whole host of disruptive events and danger to flight crew, assault, attempted murder of a planeload of passengers regardless of whether she could do it or not, plus al the federalcaviation laws she broke.

Needs to be locked up in a nice padded room in an insane asylum.

Due to pressurization of the aircraft it would have been totally impossible for her to open the door. The aircraft was safe. The Airline did suffer financial losses due to not completing the flight as did the RAF for intercepting the aircraft in flight. She sure as hell owes the money.
