The alleged victim told investigators that while Spacey was touching him, he was texting and communicating with his girlfriend and other friends on Snapchat and sent his girlfriend a Snapchat video of Spacey groping him, according to the criminal complaint.

Seems to me that makes things hard when you're trying to prove you were assaulted.

There was an employee at my company who in 2015 went thru months of hell which included being jailed after being accused of molesting the girlfriend of his young teenage daughter. After all was said and done, it was discovered that the accuser was put up to it by the ex wife who was trying to get custody of the daughter..........

Andy never fully recovered and in the summer of 2017 after losing his job when the plant closed in Dec. of 2016, he took his life..........
