but
there ARE often false charges brought .. by stupid or duped or just downright Corrupt prosecutors

so.....this result could be quite justified

Former Boston TV anchor Heather Unruh, (the guys mother) ‘deleted ‘ information’ on his cell phone, despite knowing how valuable the phone was as evidence in the case..... the son refused to testify further after being questioned about text messages deleted.

The 18 year old at the time said Spacey allegedly bought him several alcoholic drink after his shift as a bus boy, then groped him... Told Spacey he was 21 years old.

In this case the 18 year old admitted the ‘signals’ were there where this was headed.
