The alleged victim told investigators that while Spacey was touching him, he was texting and communicating with his girlfriend and other friends on Snapchat and sent his girlfriend a Snapchat video of Spacey groping him, according to the criminal complaint.

"Look at me! I'm being groped by a famous movie star!"

Seems to me that makes things hard when you're trying to prove you were assaulted.

but
there ARE often false charges brought .. by stupid or duped or just downright Corrupt prosecutors

c) Suffer a tragic and unexpected accident, which, unfortunately, included a raging fire that destroyed most of the evidence before it could be collected.
