Today’s Cryptogram

Today’s CG is courtesy of the Arkansas Gazette.
You can find this little fun word game, to combat early dementia and senility in us baby boomers, in several daily publications.
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and any tips you might give the group on how you solve these puzzles as puzzle solvers love to hear how you made out.

Wrong guesses led me astray, had to start over several times until I finally got it right.
Took a shot at the F, guessed the one letter word, which gave me words 2-4.....then stared at it until word 5 became apparent.
That was really hard.
This one was tough. Had to walk away several times due to life but finally got it. I’m not sure exactly how I finally broke through.
