Thank you
Thank you
And democRats think we should let 16 year olds vote.
AOC thinks that’s a two-seater toilet.
Mom or Dad sits on the big one while their kid does his/her business in the little one.
That’s the way she did it as a kid.
I am certain AOC does not know the difference between a bubbler, chiller, and the ice/water in the door of her fridge. She probably has to have the warning labels read-to and explained to her to keep her from drinking household cleaning supplies. (I’m semi serious about that second part)
My best guess as to how our great communist zero stuck her ugly foot in her ugly mouth once again. As the tour group was led on a guided tour of the detention facility, the great communist zero decided, she knew better. She bolted to a detainee area and conducted an interview. As the tour group was shown the typical holding cell with the sink and toilet combo, the great communist zero was told by the detainee, that they drank water from the toilet device.
The Great Communist Zero immediately realizes, she has her revolutionary weapon. Finally she will mow down those capitalist fascist pigs. Putting on her best outraged disposition, she bolts from the detainee screaming hysterically. The guards think for a moment, she went zombie. But then they make out a few words. Forced.....drinking.....from....toilet.... The guards realize the major error our great communist hero committed. And they start to chuckle......lol....and chuckle....
Standard prison toilet. The Air Force bought a bunch of those back in the early 60s and installed them in Minuteman Missile launch control centers. The were compact, efficient and hard to break. Used the sink every time I was on alert duty in the capsule for water, shaving, and the lower part for the obvious.
Duh....the twit doesn’t even know what a garbage disposal is.........toilets and sinks are pretty darn complicated.
Many abortion clinics use garbage disposals to dispose of “uterine contents.”
AOC should know that.
You nailed it! If they were peeing and dumping in a sink they took for a toilet, they would think taking a drink from it would be drinking from a toilet. Reminds me of the Somalian immigrants who used a hibachi on a wooden floor.
AOC’s just a liar who’ll use anything to advance her fascist politics.
Am I right? Reminds me of the standard Japanese toiler with a spout on top to wash your hands. Handy and efficient.
Tying to find reason in anything this nitwited attention whore twit says is an exercise in futility.
AOC - Always wrong, never in doubt.
LOL...
I’ve heard John Fogerty actually used that line now and then just for laughs...I’m pretty sure I heard it from Fogerty himself, and he might have used it in the video I had a few years ago when he played Bad Moon On the Rise.
Can’t check now, my VHS went belly up years ago...I sure miss those shows...Fogerty, Tom Petty, Pink Floyd, Bonnie Raitt, Yes, John Mayer, Moody Blues, Eagles “Hell Freezes Over” show, Sheryl Crow, 2 Clapton Crossroads shows...
They shouldn’t be drinking from those either ... non-potable water. But then again, it’s probably better than water from south of the border.
I was an English language teacher in Saigon in the late 60s. Part of my job was to familiarize the Vietnamese conscripts with the facility. Most of them came from rural areas and had never seen indoor plumbing. I showed my first class around the school, telling them the commodes were to be used for crapping. When next I went into the bathroom, sure enough, one of the students had squatted over the commode and taken a dump right on the lowered lid. After that I made sure to demonstrate to each class the correct way to use the commode.
A little older than you I guess.
I miss these shows:
Didn’t pay more than $5.00 to see any of these.
Jimi Hendrix
Janis Joplin
Cream
Rotary Connecton
Allman Brothers
Steve Miller Band
Procol Harum
The Doors
Mothers of Invention
Jefferson Airplane/Jefferson Starship
Little Feat
Jackson Browne
Led Zepplin
Even Paul Revere & The Raiders
CCR: Bad Moon Rising
Older than me? Maybe...not much if so.
I remember all of those you listed except Rotary Connection. Had copies of a couple of Paul Revere and the Raiders 45s. Jefferson Airplane’s “After Bathing at Baxter’s” was the 1st album I ever owned.
Never saw any of those bands, nobody ever played in central Louisiana in those days, wasn’t able to get many albums either. I had the JA album, Lighthouse “One Fine Morning”, “Tommy” and Rod Stewart “Every Picture Tells a Story” when I got out of high school. That’s it. And a dozen or so 45s. Had to wait till my father left to play anything, he’d start screaming at me.
Let’s see...1st concert was a group called Pot Liquor, a little known band named Wet Willie opened for them. Long before they got anything on the radio. Pot Liquor was a local favorite, did a remake of “You’re No Good”, same song Linda Ronstandt did. But a lot heavier.
Anyway, I was listening to all the CCR stuff and all the bands in your list while they were still new rock and roll bands. Led Zeppelin, Cream and Allman Brothers were favorites. Only time I had a chance to see Zep, my sister threw a fit and demanded I go with her to see Willie Nelson instead, and that was the weekend Plant’s son was killed and they cancelled the tour, last time they toured, Bonzo died not long after and the band was gone.
Did see a few other good shows, but none of the early groups in the 60s and early 70s, nobody played where I was living. Mid 70s I managed to see
Bad Company
Ted Nugent
REO Speedwagon
Aerosmith
David Bowie
Florida Jam (Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Marshall Tucker, Johnny Winter, ZZ Top) missed Kiss and Atlanta Rhythm section, most of War.
Styx
Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush
Nazareth
Robin Trower
Jethro Tull (3 times, best shows ever)
Rush (just after recording 2112)
Heart just after 1st album, Dreamboat Annie GREAT band.
Probably forgot a couple
Missed quite a few I would have loved to see though. David Bowie in his early costume days, I saw his later show, after he dropped the Ziggy Stardust era costumes. Genesis with Peter Gabriel, Yes early shows, Pink Floyd around the Wish You Were Here era, or Dark Side of the Moon shows...King Crimson...
You may be a bit older than me, but not by much...I just didn’t have the chance to see a lot of those when they were new bands. Nobody played where I lived, had to drive about 6 hours to see anything at all. Was listening to them though...
Got some documentation for that?
