When he was in the Senate, his contemporaries (during for example, the infamous Anita Hill crap claims against Clarence Thomas confirmation) were Strom Thurmond, Robert Byrd, Ernest Hollings. Strom Thurmond stood up and supported Clarence Thomas against an obvious frame up not unlike Blahzee Ford and Justice Kavanaugh.
But, Biden did not support Thomas, and principally steered all kinds of vile crap against Thomas. Strom Thurmond became a Republican, with the platform values. Hollings, Byrd and Biden were all old style fake “conservative” Senators- fake because they were dem machine pols and reflected the dem party’s bigoted approach to blacks.
Biden’s idiotic description of obamaumao, which neglected to mention his Marxism—instead focused on how “clean, and well spoken” he was. Totally bigoted crap. Bigot, not racists like his fellow Senators Hollings, and Byrd who really were.
