I am in South Korea now. President Moon and I have “toasted” our new Trade Deal, a far better one for us than that which it replaced. Today I will visit with, and speak to, our Troops - and also go the the DMZ (long planned). My meeting with President Moon went very well!

I had a great meeting with President Xi of China yesterday, far better than expected. I agreed not to increase the already existing Tariffs that we charge China while we continue to negotiate. China has agreed that, during the negotiation, they will begin purchasing large......

.....amounts of agricultural product from our great Farmers. At the request of our High Tech companies, and President Xi, I agreed to allow Chinese company Huawei to buy product from them which will not impact our National Security. Importantly, we have opened up negotiations...

.....again with China as our relationship with them continues to be a very good one. The quality of the transaction is far more important to me than speed. I am in no hurry, but things look very good! Their will be no reduction in the Tariffs currently being charged to China.

My children grew up on organically grown fruits and veggies LONG before WholePaycheck became an actual tready thing. It may seem like alot of work, but if you have the right equipment and enough hands it’s not that much time. It’s still a lot of work though don’t get me wrong, but you get the whole winter to rest lol...

My daughter took me to the eye doctor today. How does someone go legally blind in one eye and have no clue? I’ve had some vision issue a year, but the last few months have been really bad. Do any of you close one eye to see and then the other? I never did I thought dirty glasses, need new glasses, etc. I got a referral to an eye surgeon to see if he can recover the vision or at least stop it from getting worse. My mom is having cancer surgery again on the 1st, so it may take a few more days for me to get it, but he said it’s agressive so move fast. Ain’t life grand...

I have been calling myself, stupid, stupid, stupid all day. I can’t believe I didn’t notice. Now that I know, I close my left eye I can see nothing but a great big blur. I just can’t believe I never noticed it before he told me. Now I can’t stop opening and closing one of both eyes and it’s so visible I can not believe I missed it.

Interesting tidbit...

I’ve been cleaning out more closets, today. Came across a stash of gift bags.

Christmas gift bags, baby gift bags, wedding...you name it, I have a gift bag. We are talking somewhat VINTAGE gift bags :-)

I looked to see where each bag was made, before pitching/keeping.

Most were made in China, at least a decade + ago. However, many were made in Korea.

It’s as if these factories were taken from Korea (and Mexico) and sent to China.

I threw just about every China bag out. Was aftaid they might have melamine :-) :- /
