Whoever thought that appropriate is a menace to society.

Should have declared her lawn a sanctuary yard for cats.

They obviously have a neighbor who doesn’t like them.

Actually an easy charge to beat since presence on your own property, by definition, is not “at large”.

The gov worker is probably humping the disgruntled neighbor.

The more corrupt the govwrnment, the more numerous the laws.

Fulton County, Georgia thinks I need a $25/year “license” for a housecat. They are so funny!

There are loose cats all over my neighborhood. They kill birds and squirrels (and tear up ornamentals in the process), and then crap in the mulch.

Keep your cats in your houses.

We have 5 or 6 “neighborhood” cats. They roam where they want, relieve themselves where they want and generally irritate those to whom they don’t belong. They have even used up a few of their lives because they ventured inside our fence and didn’t excuse themselves before the dogs were let out.

A cat that lays in the yard is not a problem for me. A cat that calls the entire block his playground is. No one would tolerate this from my dogs.

By criminalizing actions that are not a crime, an oppressive government keeps the citizens under control, and teaches them to become submissive sheep.

Not this one.

Sounds like a leash law on steroids. My neighbor’s cat lies in our yard often. Keeps the squirrels in check some. I worry when he lies down in the street. I keep telling him I don’t want to see him become flat cat.

"The first for having an ‘animal at large,’ the second for ‘not having an animal license attached.’"

But they have no problem with "illegals at large". Maybe illegals should be required to have to pay for, and wear a license whenever they're outdoors too.
