This is the kind of crap liberal "educators" are teaching our kids. What kind of crap did they teach before there was any such thing as running water and bathrooms, let alone water heaters?

Somehow the students here are all DIRTY. Even the girls.... dirty hair, dirt under their fingernails, dirty clothes, un-ironed clothes, etc. .... it's a contest to see who can look most like a refugee.
Actually-refugees are more hygienic

60 C is 140 F, which is cooking temperature. Your clothes and lknens aren’t going to last very long at that temp.

"The Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) said incorrect theories [emphasis added] which became popular in the 1990s were fuelling confusion and unhygienic habits among subsequent generations." Where did these incorrect theories originate? RSPH?

They probably also say you should eat a high-carb, low-fat diet.

Not proven. The “hygiene hypothesis” as a cause of allergies is appealing but too simple, making it incomplete and misleading. Research points strongly toward the most common factors in allergies as being overuse of antibiotics, poor diet, poor gut microbiome, and individual immunity. The best advice for parents is to keep the house and kids clean, but feed them well, get them outdoors, and let them have pets. And make them wash their hands frequently and assiduously.

“how many people have you really been exposed to?”
They are wrong!
If you have one partner who has one partner, you have been exposed to yourself, and your partner.
If you have two partners who have been exposed to two partners, you have potentially been exposed to an infinite number of partners.
To: Rockingham
I partially agree with you but that is not too clean.
Also, farm kids don’t have many allergies. Try keeping a farm clean.

... urged festival goers to opt for strip washes with a flannel and soap, instead of a shower, in order to help the environment.Maybe they hope to reduce the festival's water water-source and water-disposal costs and thereby increase the festival's profit.
I tell my kids, "Turn that off! We're paying for the water!" not, "Help the environment!"

The first sentence of the article has the answer to your question:
You cannot be "too clean", millennials are being told...
Being told by whom? Well, being told by educators, teachers. The implication is clear.
And a quick perusal of this thread reveals, probably by parents, too.
