Oddly other anti depressants will also increase a woman’s libido as does low dose testosterone. Testosterone is the driving factor in the libido of both men and women along with Serotonin. It is all about brain chemistry. Women do produce testosterone from their ovaries but at a much lower level than men from their testes.
