Back when our ma was young she moved to Florida and said just about everyone there was from 'someplace else'
The only one she met that was a Florida born residence was their neighbor... who helped mom get into her home when she forgot her keys. Did it faster than she could with her keys, she said.
So yeah, "Florida Man" was a thing back then, too.(In the early Fifties)

For his prison sentence, they should line up a bunch of pool toys outside his cell- never let him out
What we need is ‘sensible pool toy’ laws-
