I’m back, finally.

After taking friend to foot doctor I went next door to see if she needed any help.

Selling her home has become somewhat of a nightmare.

Years ago and 3 years before we moved here, they bought their property.

They wanted more feet on left side of the home they were building, land owner sold them 12 more feet, well it seems it never got recorded and she is having to jump through hoops and pay $$$$$ to get it taken care of.

I went with her to the para-legal she has hired to give them more money and sign papers, then she was asked for originals of her husband’s death certificate and his will, she said didn’t I tell you to bring them, well no she didn’t, I heard the conversation too. Needs them 1st thing in morning so the paper work can be recored at the county cout house tomorrow.

My poor neighbor is trying to pack, get ready for the inspector tomorrow and she is stressed.

I’m wondering now if our lot includes this footage, hubby said and WE HAVE BEEN PAYIND TAXES ON THIS 12 FT. FOR 20+ YEARS!!

We need to check this out.
