Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

I think that is incorrect and please someone correct me if I am wrong.
What I remember, and it was discussed on the last Q thread or very recently. that Q said first that 80% of the crimes would not be made public, only 20%.
Then Q changed it to 60% of the crimes would not be public and 40% would.
Because the crimes were so horrific no one could handle knowing the details.

I think in the passed he’s been known to maybe spend too much time in the tanning bed so he gets those white looking eyes in a tanned face. He also may have used self tanners that tended to look orange. He said he would probably tone it down when he would be elected and so he has. That said, it was never that big a deal and I think the media most definitely messed with the images and drove the whole thing.

Q originally used this phrase in conjunction with the KEYSTONE.
Yesterday I went back, once again, to try and grasp what the KEYSTONE is.
In that context, Q was talking about the 3 houses of great wealth (Rothschild, Soros, Saud); and, there was some indication of the Eye of Providence, or the Eye of Horus ... possibly Illuminati at the apex of the triangle ... but I consider "Illuminati talk" to be a COVER STORY (much like the lame-o Space Shuttle program was a cover for the real space program).
There was a link to an Obama video about AIDS, where Q said the clue to the KEYSTONE was therein.
While it's true Obama was talking about "Great wealth" influencing events, and even joking about there being a UFO file in his drawer, I couldn't find a smoking gun as to the identity of the KEYSTONE."""

Given "Key+Stone" in previous crumb: Key = Adm Rogers / No Such Agency (Wizards & Warlocks) Stone = POTUS/USMIL
Together POTUS and USMIL are applying information and power to drain the swamp (applying together in concert their strengths)
Information gleaned via NSA is being used together with potential force of USMIL via the power of the Presidency to force bad actors in the US govt to step down/retire/not seek re-election (draining of the Swamp that is Washington, D.C. corrupt power structure). This is part of the "80% private" so as to not cause complete loss of faith in the US govt and institutions by the already disgusted public, as well as avoid outright chaos (and potential vigilantism) due to revelations about so many people in government. Undoubtedly, this is also occurring in other countries as well, though the public may never notice or make the connection.
