The prosecutor who put the Central Park Five in prison has penned an angry op-ed claiming the new Netflix series about the case is an 'outright fabrication' and says she stands by her belief that the men should still be behind bars for the other crimes despite being exonerated of rape.
Linda Fairstein, 72, was the head of the Manhattan District Attorney's sex crimes unit when Raymond Santana, 14, Kevin Richardson, 15, Antron McCray, 15, Yusef Salaam, 15, and Korey Wise, 16, were accused of raping and attacking Trisha Meili in 1989.

Also, this is a way to bash Trump, since he took out ads in favor of prosecution of the Central Park Five.
It may be fabricated, but it’s not “borderline” so youtube or netflix have no problem publishing it.
Things are only deserving of censorship if they come closer to a truth, or they do not promote socialism or social justice, or both.
I wonder what happens when SJWs have very unpleasant encounters with people like these five, Michael Brown of Ferguson, MO infamy, gang members, et al. Do the SJWs want criminals tried and prosecuted or not?
Someone ran across the video of Trump talking about their guilt, so in order to make Trump look bad, they built the whole thing around that video in hopes of making Trump look bad. Believe me, they are not beyond that sort of thing.
I remember when CBS did a made-for-TV moxie on serial child murderer Wayne Williams. They made it look like he was innocent and railroaded to prison.
And who can forget Jack Henry Abbott, sprung from prison by Norman Mailer, then he killed again.

That a sociopath named Matias Reyes confessed in 2002 to the rape of Ms. Meili, and that the district attorney consequently vacated the charges against the five after they had served their sentences, has led some of these reporters and filmmakers to assume the prosecution had no basis on which to charge the five suspects in 1989.
Is this lady sane? DNA proved that she got it wrong on the rape charge.

These documentaries shouldn't overturn trials if the trials were fair.
