A high school graduate was ready to celebrate her big day with cake until she realized the cake was Stryofoam, KPRC reports.

Not only did they mess up one time, they did it twice."
First, on the morning of the ceremony, Flores was at Walmart to pick up a two-tier cake when they told her they lost her order.
To make it up to her, the store agreed to give her another cake for free. She selected a smaller cake.
The bakery put a picture onto the cake and added a few extra embellishments on the frosting before handing off the dish to Flores.
It wasn't until the knife hit the cake, however, that the family realized it wasn't a cake at all.

I’d eat it anyway.
Oh great, I won one. Took it home and YUCH! My first experience with sponge cake. Aptly named I found.
Low in carbohydrates and fats, reusable, does not attract flies or rodents, durable, no mess if it is dropped, does not require refrigeration...
Being it’s from Walmart you
probably couldn’t tell the
difference.
Elaine might eat it.

Oh no no, That’s just a Chinese style cake from Walmart. They’re called ‘Fung Yu’ cake.
Yum. Frosting.

Ha ha! Actually, the Wal-Mart cakes around here, are delicious, especially with satin whip frosting. You can buy that stuff in a can, now. Haven’t tried it yet.
It’s the only part that matters anyway.
A Costco is 20 minutes away. They have the best cakes. Custom half sheet cakes for under $20.

No complaints here about Walmart cakes, either. I don’t know if they come prebaked, and frozen, then decorate them in store.
I know a lot of our bakery stuff comes from Canada. The Patti LaBelle stuff comes from here in Texas.
Oooh. I love the Patti LaBelle Peach Cobbler that I get from my Wal-mart.
Who likes store bought cakes.....Yuk!
Homemade is always better! jmho
