A man mauled by another passenger’s emotional support dog on a Delta Air Lines flight has sued the airline and the other passenger for negligence.
The lawsuit filed in Fulton County state court alleges Marlin Jackson was in a window seat when a dog sitting in the lap of the passenger next to him suddenly attacked his face and pinned him against the window of the plane.

I would have grabbed the dog by the throat and choked him out. Then give the carcass back to the owner.

Agreed. Many people have dog allergies.
There is no way a dog should be allowed on a plane unless it is a guide dog. And all dogs should have a muzzle.
Why didn’t the owner of the dog put a muzzle (?) on him. I think they are called muzzles, but maybe not. The point is that you can buy and put this thing over the dog’s mouth and strap it to its head, so he can’t bite. It doesn’t hurt the dog. He can breath fine, just can’t open his mouth to bite.
If the human race actually makes it through this period without self destructing, the future is going to look back at this as a really f’d up era.

I hope he wins a lot and that this case is pivotal in ending this nonsense of support animals in all manner of public places. Have them if you want but keep them home or well managed. I also don’t want to see them in a grocery store or other shopping place and dang sure not in eating establishments.
A lab pointer as a lap dog? Should have never happened in the first place just on the basis of the animal’s size.
With the side benefit for the disturbed of making someone else feel lots worse.

guy I know in Oceanside CA Disabled vet on the street VA finally places him in an apartment 2 bedrooms 4 beds. They put a guy in with him who has a pit bull that growls all night. He complains to the VA. His problem, deal with it or move out. He’s back on the street,.
As the physicians who enable this charade should be. By the same token they should suffer consequences for their opiate prescription frenzy and the latest scam, medical marijuana.
The pain management business is really good for doctors. Easy money. Docs around here are closing their offices to join pain management clinics masquerading now as wellness centers.
I hope they enjoy living with their money. I couldn’t live with myself for having squandered my education and honor no matter how good the money is.
