A man mauled by another passenger’s emotional support dog on a Delta Air Lines flight has sued the airline and the other passenger for negligence.
The lawsuit filed in Fulton County state court alleges Marlin Jackson was in a window seat when a dog sitting in the lap of the passenger next to him suddenly attacked his face and pinned him against the window of the plane.

The control is sure tight here in Tennessee
I’m friendly with a nurse practioner who along with three other women bought a clinic from a retiring MD
They pay a Vandy internal medicine MD for oversight etc
They are by the book
Urine tests quarterly
Monthly visits
Pill counts
Cat scans and MRIs for validation
Won’t prescribe Xanax or soma
Percocet or lortab and muscle relaxers
In house trigger point and epidural steroid or tornadol injections
I go to her for colds and whatnot she can write anything a doc can
She noticed my arthritic hands and wrote a cortisone gel on the spot which is a life saver
Any violation and you’re dropped
They make what Medicare allows them to make
These girls work their butts off for around 100,000 a year
She’s a sweet beautiful southern girl with 3 kids and is not in business to profiteer or harm folks
Some people have chronic pain and nowadays any neurologist or orthopod will semf you there to an accredited pain clinic after 90 days
It’s a canard mostly now this hyperbole about pain clinics
The Wild West days are mostly over and anyone trying to beat the system will get a felony charge pretty fast
I grew up,around marine and army vets who lived the 1941-45 pacific tour at lovely places like Guadalcanal and Tarawa and Borneo and Cape Gloucester
I don’t recall emotional support dogs
Those guys made families instead

I think they don’t want their pet which is technically the only child they’ll ever have in the luggage compartment

Ban all animals from flights, these idiots are out of control. If you’re transporting an animal, you need to be driving. My wife had a college friend visit our house for a day with her pet that she was passing off as a “service dog”. The damn thing wouldn’t stop chasing my cat, even after my cat did a number on that dog’s face (dog was a total moron, no brain, no pain). Then it ran out the front door and I drove her around the neighborhood for half an hour to find it wandering the streets. The cloth service animal shirt/jacket/whatever that these people always drape over their dogs was probably stolen off a display table at a convention.

My daughters white pit bull Axle is a peach....but king of the hill dog wise...

I have a cat and no way would I fly with her. She is like a very needy child.
If I were to fly with her and she was on my lap, it would be a contest as to who could take the dog’s eyes first. She apparently dislikes all living creatures.
They won’t let me bring my emotional-support .45, so I’m not too into flying these days.
If they’re all PTSD’d over that, I don’t know what the hell a dog is going to do for them but whatever. They can bond over a nice car trip.

People who insist on bringing their pets should be required to buy additional seats for them.
That would put a quick end to the problem, at least until the first injunction from a liberal Obama judge appears.
