The Democrat-controlled House voted 236-173 in favor of the Equality Act on Friday, which would make it mandatory for schools to allow male athletes identifying as transgender to be included in female sports. The bill, which has unanimous Democratic support, also saw eight Republicans vote in favor.The Civil Rights Act of 1964 to make “sexual orientation and gender identity” protected characteristics under federal anti-discrimination law, will also be amended by the bill.The bill would force public schools to include biological males identifying as transgender girls to be included in female athletic teams.

This will be used against parents, mark my words, when they try to reason with their gender and sexual identity-confused children. Conservatives had better be paying attention here. “Conversion therapy” isn’t about therapy in any traditional sense of the word. It is a total usurpation of parental rights. Little Johnny comes home from school and says he wants to be a girl, his parents will be breaking the law if they tell him no.
Patriots are reminded that lawless Democrats don’t have the express constitutional authority make laws like the Equality Act and likewise unconstitutional Obamacare.
