FULL TITLE: Shocking moment a woman, 25, violently shoves a man, 74, off a bus to his death 'after he asked her to stop cursing and yelling at other passengers' - as she now faces murder charge over his death
Police in Las Vegas have released shocking surveillance footage showing the moment a woman violently pushed an elderly passenger off a bus to his death as she now faces murder charges.
Serge Fournier was reportedly telling the unruly woman on the bus to be nicer to other passengers after she was heard cursing when he was shoved off the vehicle and landed head first on the sidewalk.
Video shows the 74-year-old being shoved down the steps of the public transit bus and smashing his face on the concrete ground.
In the CCTV clip taken from the bus' security cameras, a woman can be seen talking to Fournier as he walked past carrying a walker and heading towards the door.
Then as his back was turned she violently shoved him with both hands, sending the elderly man crashing down the steps.

OMG, you can’t even get on a bus any more and feel safe. I see how the minority students act on the city bus when they inundate the buses and subways here at school dismissal time. Totally outrageous, loud, obnoxious behavior showing they don’t give a darn about the comfort or sensibilities of others. They hold raves in the back of buses, turning up their crap music up really loud from their phones and couldn’t care less if others find the lyrics offensive. And now add murdering elderly people if they deem them in their precious “way”. Throw this animal into a dark, moldy cell and toss the key.
Good gosh, there is an entire political faction in this country who would qualify to be "separated from society either for a specified period of time, or permanently".

In most states if you commit a felony that results in someone’s death it can be charged as “Felony Murder.”
I wouldn’t charge that as premeditated murder. But it looks like a clear case of felony murder or aggravated manslaughter.

"Second degree murder. n. a non-premeditated killing, resulting from an assault in which death of the victim was a distinct possibility. Second degree murder is different from First Degree Murder which is a premeditated, intentional killing, or results from a vicious crime such as arson, rape, or armed robbery.
Only reason I wouldn't call it First Degree, is that she didn't know if he would be killed or severely injured. Didn't care, either, since she then exited the bus and never showed even a flicker of concern for the man lying on the pavement at her feet.

Agreed. The sad part is that many of them don’t always have a real clue whether they’ve been dissed or not and are just people with bad impulse control.
