Are you kidding me? Considering someone’s culture determines justifiable murder? I rather not say anymore.
Lawyers are always asking juries to take culture differences into account and sometimes they do. In Europe “cultural differences” are the overriding concern and lots of Mohammedan rapists go free for that, sometimes more than once.
