U.S. losing control of its border in New Mexico ... and cartels are happy

We often describe the specter of tens of thousands of unvetted migrants rolling into our country in terms of 'losing control of the border,' but a new piece by Daniel Horowitz describing what's going on at the New Mexico border near El Paso as something just a bit more literal.

“The cartel is winning and winning big; they are kicking our butts,” complained the commissioner of this sparsely populated but large county bordering Texas, near El Paso. “We get so tied up and focused on the asylum seekers or the illegal immigrant aspect of what’s going on at our southern border, but the reality of it is that it’s nothing but a mere smoke screen for the cartel. They’re using these large groups of migrants as nothing more than a smoke screen to smuggle their drugs across the southern border.

Tell me about it. They just brought our county 100 refugees(ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS).

It is beginning to get bad here, I told hubby that we might have a small civil war here.

A minority of the people want to molly-coddle them. We live in the poorest county in one of the poorest states and they could have been helping poor citizens any time.

I warned my husband that I offered a donation for bus tickets to Santa Fe, let our lefty governor deal with them.

By the way, in case anybody wonders, the migrants ARE the product being smuggled. Three to five thousand dollars per head.

At current rates that’s gonna be around 15 million a day. 450 million a month

The US lost control of its Arizona Border years ago. There have been signs posted for years, warning that beyond a certain point there is no police or any other protection. The cartels have de facto control over southern Arizona--and now, evidently, southern New Mexico.

If the American People don't wake up--and fast!--they're going to lose control of the entire USA!

They'll find out what it's like to be ruled by Drug Czars and Drug Cartels!
