The writers have wrecked this thing over the past few seasons. This last season is a steaming pile. Subverting expectations seems to be their only goal. Well, we expected this season to not suck, and they managed to subvert our expectations.

I’m watching episode 5 now, the part right before the battle with Hillary, where Daeneyrs is riding the dragon and blasting the ships. Really intense. Oh and sorry, in my house we call Cersei Lannister “Hillary”.
