Todays Cryptogram

You can find this little fun word game, to combat early dementia and senility in us baby boomers, in several daily publications, unfortunately they are copyrighted so we can't use them here. So, we're just going to make up our own.
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and any tips you might give the group on how you solve these puzzles as puzzle solvers love to hear how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for todays Cryptogram.
Solving the puzzle under 8 minutes is good, under 6 very good, under 4 excellent and under 2 "you're a pro!"
If you need a little help you can copy the cryptogram and paste it to Hals Helper below:
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper.
Welcome to: omegatoo!!!!
Solution to our last puzzle:
WHEN YOU COME TO A FORK IN THE ROAD, TAKE IT. ---YOGI BERRA
Under 2 min. Found the e, guessed at combination of 2 and 3 letter words and rest of words fell into place.
Under 4... just diddled around with the 2 and 3 letter words until the first word became obvious. Then I smacked my forehead that I didn’t recognize that 2nd word immediately.
The trigram was the key, for me.
4:20 Didn’t Alinsky say that?
-PJ
For some ‘strange’ reason, I got the 2nd word and the rest fell making it seem I should be called Sherman and out for a stroll in a Southern state.
Good line BUT only if they are ———— WITH you, not AT you....or vice versa....or something like that....

I realize it is not only polite but in some cases necessary to acknowledge where one gets material from.
THAT said, can you give a blanket thank you monthly or even call it the Arkansas “d” Gazette?
That ‘other’ Party has me so infuriated, I hate to think I get a moments ‘pleasure’ associated with their name unless it be when they are ‘shooting themselves in the foot’... <: <: <:
Good idea
Do you talk to yourself?
The second word is obvious.
I got a late start but this was a pleasure. 2 min. Place the e, solve PWR, the obvious two letter words, and the rest solved itself. I may have to change my ways. I’ve been using logic not laughter.
Yes. Long, involved conversations with me playing both sides, occasional arguments, scoldings, commentary, and random mutterings, sometimes in other languages, and jokes that I then laugh at hysterically. I live alone, but anyone who could listen in would think several people live here. Why?
I read an article that said that 30% of women talk to them selves in the bathroom. So I have six girls on my staff. And I said OK two or three of u talk to yourselves in the bathroom. And three raised their hands. Cracked me it. They said they did that since they were little girls
I talk to myself in every room in the house. In the car. In my classroom... anywhere I’m alone.
If the most common letter doesn’t work as an E, try the other most common letter.
Then go for the 2nd word.
