Vegan diets are poison. Literally.
Well, speaking as a fat #### who lost a LOT but still has a lot to go, it wasn’t a thyroid issue. Wasn’t my metabolism. I could blame it on sitting home years recovering from a head injury, but doctors didn’t say “the only way to get better is to stuff your face with garbage for years while you heal. That will speed up the process” :)
I ate TOO MUCH of BAD THINGS.
It likely slowed recovery and made people want to rent me out for ads.
Satan won the early AND middle battles decisively but when all was just about lost, God started winning late in the war.
50 more pounds and He will declare victory :)
