The Tennessee congressman who dug into a bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken last week during a House Judiciary Committee hearing in an effort to take a swipe at Attorney General William Barr, who was absent, responded to critics in an interview Sunday and said the move was simply an attempt at "levity."

Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tenn., told MSNBC that the chicken bucket was purchased the night before and was cold. He described the meal as not “wonderful.”

Cohen is guilty of cannibalism. He is, himself, a chicken. He and his Democrat co-conspirators are too chicken to wage a battle of the wits with another Stable Genius(tm) in Trump’s cabinet. Good thing, too, since if that battle of wits took place (with or without hired gun staff attorneys) it would be Barr against unarmed opponents. Further, they wanted the appearance of an impeachment but they are too chicken to declare an impeachment against Barr.
