Hey Larry! I’m not sure what the peccadillo with the blancolillo is all about. But as he explained in an earlier video, once the Air Force found out he could fly and talk they made him an instructor.

blancolirio 4/29/19 report is considerably different than what I heard on the nightly news. I trust Bloncolirio.

Bloncolirio report the Boeing did to some extent throw the pilots under the bus but not entirely so. The nightly news said Boeing placed all the blame on the pilots.

Anyone else pick up on this?

Bullsh&t.

The aircraft has an instability problem that the faulty software was designed to address. While the software is getting fixed (maybe) the design flaw remains.

Right about 4:20 is the pilots under the bus comment.

And at 10:20 addressing the myth of 737MAX being inherently unstable. Ending about 11:35 listening to Juan it makes me wonder if more blame needs to be on the FAA.

He says it was the FAA that required the MCAS to keep the MAX in the same pilot Type rating (no additional training for a new aircraft type). So I wonder if the lack of redundancy (or any cross checking) was a result of following the FAA and (probably criminally MeganC), assuming Boeing’s work was done by following the FAA.
