If it didn’t have power steering, you needed a lot of leverage.

:)

It is fancy for decals and markings on cars :)

I used to build models so that is why I know it.

Re: Marisa Tomei

I just saw her last night in “Captain America: Civil War” (2016), which I had never watched before.

She is still a very beautiful woman, and past 50.

Apparently, she has played “Aunt May” in several “Spider-Man” movies, but I am not a fan of the series, and I stopped watching after the first two with Toby Maguire.

But the question was about ignition timing not firing order. :)

Sorry, but 1956 was a better year for classic cars. The ‘56 Bel air rocks!

I saw one like this that was fuel injected.

As fast as a 283 could RAP up twould be a really bad motor with fuel injection

I had a ‘58 sedan. Hideous compared with this beauty. But my car just before it was a ‘57 two-tone green Buick Super hardtop. Actually prettier than this Chev, and more prestigious. Dang!

I’m working on my 57 Bel Air 4 door sedan. They are built like tanks, better built than my 67 Camaro. Just finishing Wilwwod discs, master cylinder, control arm bushings, ball joints, starter, gas tank, fuel pump, ignition wiring. Swapped the headers for rams horn ceramic coated.

It almost killed me at my age, but it will be worth it.

I tune mine by ear :)
Just advance it till it gets hard to start. Then back it off a few degrees.

I’m sure I will get flack for this.
I believe the usual number is 34 degrees for sissies who use a timing light.
