Lol! That's weird. I just happened to have watched that movie last night!
Yes, Aquamarine/cream white is my favorite also. Kick it up as a convertible with a white top.
I was ten when my dad bought a 1957 4 door Bel Air hardtop. It had a light green roof and was medium green below the windows. He later bought a used 55 or 56 2 door Bel Air as a second car and it was the first one I got to drive.
Sweeeet!!
Even if it wasn’t a trick question, it was improper. Almost NO ONE has the firing order of every engine memorized. The proper question is what does “firing order” mean and why does it differ between engines.
She HAPPENED to know about the positraction but that answer could have been supplied by a Chilton’s. It is the fact some had it and some didn’t that required the expertise.
55 with egg crate grille. 56 with pointy grill 57 with its unique Fins.
But I like the not as popular American Graffiti 58 of Ron Howard too.
My hatred is all the dice coupe fords with Chevy small blocks. Build a Ford use a ford motor. Lots of good Windsors and Clevelands out there.
My goal used to be to get a real clean 57 body/chassis and dump a modern Chrysler Hemi. The new 392 available as a crate engine. Figure it would pissoff the Chevy guys to no end.
Wheels don’t work.
(the cars’)
nice headlights.
Here’s that scene (2:33 min)

Same one I posted on Post #11. Classic movie.
Marisa Tomei was smoking hot in that movie.
Exactly!
Fat white walls, with a white convertible top to go with the red interior and black exterior. Would pay $5K extra for that. (/snort)
My bud has an original....Treats it like a kid.
My all time favorite....2dr Chevy Bel Air....
Great word.
Had to look it up, and the pronunciation.
I guessed the root was “index.”
No!
It's the plural form of “indicium,” which is Latin for “sign.”
Where’s the turquoise and white one?......;)
Those ARE “ear buds” when properly positioned....
I had one of those back in the 60s. The car dammit!
Sure was. Reminded me of an Italian girl I knew here in New York City back in the 70s.
