A Minneapolis TV station researched Noor and found that a few months before the shooting of the Australian woman, Noor drew his gun and held it to the head of a motorist he had stopped for a routine traffic violation. Noor should have been kicked off the force then, but was not. If convicted Noor will likely not last long in prison.
Why does not Mr. Noor say that he thought she had a gun? That would be as sensible as anything else about it all.
