Todays Cryptogram

Sorry for the delay in getting this out. Has been a very rainy night in Georgia.
You can find this little fun word game, to combat early dementia and senility in us baby boomers, in several daily publications, unfortunately they are copyrighted so we can't use them here. So, we're just going to make up our own.
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and any tips you might give the group on how you solve these puzzles as puzzle solvers love to hear how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for todays Cryptogram.
Solving the puzzle under 8 minutes is good, under 6 very good, under 4 excellent and under 2 "you're a pro!"
Those of you looking for an added challenge can try to solve one sentence or even one word at a time, i.e. solve the entire first line, then go to the second line etc.
If you need a little help you can copy the cryptogram and paste it to Hals Helper below:
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper.
Solution to our last puzzle:
GREAT SOULS HAVE WILLS; FEEBLE ONES HAVE ONLY WISHES. CHINESE PROVERB
This was an 8 minute bear but very satisfying. Some unusual & unexpected words. Luckily the three letter starting word opened the door but a lot of puzzling was waiting inside.
The double letters were helpful.

You probably know the rules by now. The bonus puzzle will be a comedic moment from a movie, or something humorous from a comedian or other entertainer. Dont spoil nikos cryptogram, but the Bonus is a free for all race to post a pic, gif, or meme (not the solution itself) that proves beyond a reasonable doubt that you solved the puzzle. Winner for first post and honorable mentions for most creative posts.
Today bonus quote is a little more obscure than previous ones. Probably shouldnt be difficult to solve, but you may have to google to recall its origin and post a funny pic.
So here it is. Have fun with it :)
JA. HA, MPII GJH AJIW EG MVIIOR XJQ EO MAPIO P RVBO RAO ROYR, FIOVYO? RAOQO'Y V RAJHYVUW WJIIVQY PU RAOQO... JQ EVGZO RAOQO PYU'R. BUJM MAVR P EOVU? - OEEORR XPRL-AHEO
Same here in S.E. Tennessee.
Another hard one for me 2 days in a row. 9 min. Should have solved it quicker, but had mental block on 2nd word (I know, that’s ironic).
I see Im not the only one with an obscure quote this morning. Had to google the author to get the context of the quote. :)
Done. Hal really should add a stopwatch.
And we have a winner! Did you recognize it, or have to look it up?
Hal also needs a remaining letters feature. I have to keep that on paper.
Yes, exactly, to everything you said.
Fun.
I got it in 5 minutes but honestly I was just guessing at most of it. I love that Hal thingy.

Or maybe grey the letters already selected?
Interesting and engaging.
