“The attorney general has created an environment that has caused a significant part of the public … to be concerned about whether or not there is full transparency,” U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton said during a hearing Tuesday afternoon on a Freedom of Information Act suit demanding access to a report detailing the findings of special counsel Robert Mueller.

Walton, an appointee of President George W. Bush, did not elaborate on what actions or statements by the attorney general have generated those perception

This Bushie judge cared little about "sowing public mistrust" when he headed the FISA Court and allowed the feds to sweep up the phone records of millions of Americans:

Fisa chief judge defends integrity of court over Verizon records collection

Allowing the NSA to "vacuum up "more than 534 million records of phone calls and text messages from American telecommunications providers like AT&T and Verizon last year — more than three times what it collected in 2016, a new report revealed on Friday."

I was going to guess a FISA judge. Yep he may be on the hot seat or some of his closest friends are.

I guess it’s time to FOIA a lot more records of shenanigans over the last 22 years or so.

OMG, he’s accusing Barr of telling the truth! How can anyone not mistrust those responsible when the blinders come off?

There was public mistrust over the whole Russian conspiracy thing within the MSM since day one; rather than fact checking the MSM ran with it.

He didn’t have to comment. His comments have added to the controversy. I’m wondering about his connections too.

Wait. THIS Reggie Walton?

Former FISA court judge Reggie Walton is now under scrutiny due to evidence that Obama administration officials John Brennan and James Clapper hacked into Walton’s phone records in addition to the phone records of Supreme Court Justice John Roberts and President Donald Trump before Trump ran for office.

The judge is acting politcally not judicially and he as much as anyone, by his own statements, is “sowing distrust”.

A judge acting appropriately would have denied Buzzfeed any requeast and ruled that until the DOJ releases the report, the Buzzfeed claims as well as many others are premature at best, and might lack standing if relevant law accepts redactions they simply don’t like.

It appears that actions of Judge Reggie are among those we ought to be concerned about.

He was a FISA guy and it was his buddies who approved domestic spying on fake evidence.

And he presided over the conviction of Scooter Libby, also based on evidence faked by a Mueller/Comey crony.

It ain't Bill Barr who is making me "concerned" . . . Reggie.
