I saw a lot of people pose in risky positions when I was at the Grand Canyon. All I could think about was some sudden and expected wind knocking them over.

I can’t for the life of me imagine bringing a bunch of students there. Just wouldn’t want the liability—or for their idiocy, coupled with mine, bring them to any harm.

This is just sad - and, are people now so unaware that all beautiful attractions will have to be fenced off? I was at Machu Picchu and saw a young lady prancing around with her back to the incredibly steep mountain, only a couple feet from the edge, all for the benefit of a selfie.
