Hubby and I watched the entire previous season this past week in preparation for the last season.

Who will survive? Who will be on the Iron Throne? You say "no spoilers"; but, can we speculate?

The producers have kept a tight lid on events in season 8.

The Daily Telegraph in the UK seems to have gone GoT crazy. Every article and speculation about season 8

Some things are known. Season 8 episode One running time is 54 minutes. The first episode not to have an “adult content” warning. Only 6 episodes in season 8.

Sansa will win. She is the eldest Stark - the series started with the Starks, and will end with them. She has grown throughout the series and is now the best suited to rule of all the contenders

She has her mastermind alliance of Arya and her ESP powered brother. She is beautiful and well understands the use of power. The way she took out Littlefinger was perfect.

That slutty frozen-faced peroxide blonde with her alien army will never win.

One of the spinoff series concepts is already in production - it could be aired possibly as early as next year.

Set six thousand years earlier, GRRM is pushing for it to be called “The Long Night”. Probably the origin story for the Night King.

argh! But there will be spoilers! Looks like I have to give up FR and the internet at large for a few weeks. My plan is to let it play out, sign up for the free week of HBO on Amazon Prime, binge watch, and cancel the HBO subscription. I gave up TV a couple years ago but GOT is my one exception...I want to follow it to the end.

Ok - off I go to crawl under a rock for the next month or so.
