Strange pick up from the planefags.

USAF plane with callsign “MOVEQ45” out over the Atlantic off the mid-coast area. When planefags posted it, the transponder turned off. Turned back on a little later while a KC135 refueler was doing racetracks in the area.

That’s a USAF - my guess is 80/20 it’s not just some of the good guys having “fun” ... and you posted because this is not the first time something like that has happened. Very curious.
