That’s a USAF - my guess is 80/20 it’s not just some of the good guys having “fun” ... and you posted because this is not the first time something like that has happened. Very curious.

Looks like a re-fueling training mission? Those tankers are like hen's teeth though. Usually get all the training they need supporting real missions. Oddness here is the transponder going on-off-on when the planefags noted it. Screenshot was posted on infinity chan at about 8:30pm EDT.
