Except that, for democrats, it’s only a humanitarian crisis if they get to our border. They definitely don’t care about anything humanitarian if they stay in their country of origin.

Before, they'd arrive, and since there was no sharp urgency, they'd then take their time in making an anchor baby.

They set about that IMMEDIATELY, even before any marriage, safe in the knowledge that mothers with no male provider (as far as the documentation can show) will be thrust into WIC, food-stamps, Section 8 paid for by Chads and Joe Six Pack.
Then in many cases there is also the undocumented income from the father: He proves easily able to conjure up the paperwork giving employers "in on it".
The employers then get the modicum of deniability they require in order to employ him in place of some honky who might not work as hard, and is somewhat plugged into the legal system in case he's injured or asked to do something unreasonable. US big-wigs WANT scared, desperate people.
Within a year of arriving, ANY recent female Central American migrant will have a baby, somehow.
We need to GET RID of birthright citizenship and extend the offer to legalize them ALL, as long as they have ZERO voting rights for 25 years; the Dems would fold immediately.

If true, they first have to breach Mexico's "porous" southern border. If Mexico allows them to do that, it is past time to SLAM Mexico.
Every day of illegal immigrants costs the U.S. a lifetime exponentially increasing cost in monetary and political terms. A simple analysis suggests the house we live in is being vandalized 24/7 while "we" dither on whether to install a security system.
The president and every congress critter who will decide the matter presently has appropriate security...what about us? What about their oath to defend the Constitution?
