Every House Democrat but one has co-sponsored a bill requiring schools to allow male athletes who identify as transgender girls to compete on female sports teams.
Democrats Equality Act would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to make sexual orientation and gender identity protected characteristics under federal anti-discrimination law. Among other things, the bill would force public schools to expand female athletic teams to include biological males who identify as transgender girls.

AND Co-sponsored by a REPUBLICAN named Brian Fitzpatrick!
Brian Fitzpatrick is serving his last term from PA1. He will cause me to not pull straight “R” ticket. He is toast in Bucks County unless he changes his affiliation to Democrat which I expect.
Why not remove Male/Female from sports period ,start with the Stupid Olympics ,LOL
Republicans never use anything to its full advantage, they are too afraid of offending anyone. The Democrats think they are pulling off some crafty political maneuver but they are really showing off their complete insanity. This transvestite thing is an idiotic fad with loser kids who spend too much time watching TV and doing social media. It will be yesterdays news in a short while. After that the weird fringe element will continue to do it but no one will be "celebrating" their "uniqueness". Hopefully they will return to the shadows where this kind of nonsense belongs.
When you report on House vote legislation How about reporting the bill title, number and totals when doing so.
Is it a crime to lie about your sexual orientation? Can you lie about your sexual orientation? Or can it change at your whim? Well, your honor, that was my orientation when I swore under oath yesterday, but I had a flash of insight and I have decided to change it today. You can’t blame me. I was born this way.
Fitzpatrick only got elected because he ran for the seat formerly held by his brother Mike (who wasn’t great, but nowhere near as bad as Brian). I would wager that most low-information voters in his district don’t even realize that he isn’t the same guy.
His list of endorsements in the 2018 election was shocking, to say the least. He needs to go.
“And where are the Womans Advocacy groups complaining about this?”
You mean the ones who are attending DNC meetings?
The bill is HR5, the "Equality Act", and it hasn't been voted on yet.
You really should go into stand up comedy.
This sounds like a great idea. All those virtue signalling suburban soccer moms who voted the House Democratic should have mentally ill boys in their daughters locker rooms and taking their college scholarships. Normacly bias reigns and until we rub their faces in Democrat craziness nothing will change.
Let me tell you, the people today are damned slow to tell the gov’t to feck the hell off.
Sorry ladies but those trophies belong to us too.
Why do the Democrats in the House keep introducing bills that they know do not have a snowball’s chance in hell of getting through the Senate and/or getting signed by the President?
In this case, it is so they can make the case that the Republicans are anti-LGBTQC+. To their minions, this is a BIG deal. It’s the most important deal.
Title IX? Scholarships?
#MeToo?
"234 House Democrats...Co-Sponsor Bill Forcing Schools to Let Male Athletes Compete on Girls' "
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponents Argument
Patriots are reminded that the only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect is limited to voting rights issues, evidenced by the 19th Amendment, Congress having the power to make sex-related civil rights protections only in the context of voting issues imo.
19th Amendment:
"The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation [emphasis added]."
And since both the Equality Act and probably most rights protected by the Civil Rights Act of 1964 are out of the scope of voting rights issues, they are unconstitutional legislation by post-17th Amendment ratification career lawmakers.
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
In fact, note that President Thomas Jefferson had clarified in State of the Union address that the states would first need to appropriately amend the Constitution in order for Congress to make policy for INTRAstate schools, something that the states have never done.
"On a few articles of more general and necessary use, the suppression in due season will doubtless be right, but the great mass of the articles on which impost is paid is foreign luxuries, purchased by those only who are rich enough to afford themselves the use of them. Their patriotism would certainly prefer its continuance and application to the great purposes of the public education, roads, rivers, canals, and such other objects of public improvement as it may be thought proper to add to the constitutional enumeration of federal powers [emphases added]"Thomas Jefferson : Sixth Annual Message to Congress
Justice Joseph Story had reflected on Jefferson's indication that the feds have no express constitutional authority to regulate, tax and spend in the name of intrastate schooling as follows.
"The power to regulate manufactures, not having been confided to congress, they have no more right to act upon it, than they have to interfere with the systems of education, the poor laws, or the road laws, of the states [emphases added]. Congress is empowered to lay taxes for revenue, it is true; but there is no power to encourage, protect, or meddle with manufactures." Joseph Story, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1, Commentaries on the Constitution 2
We need to get the corrupt federal government out of the affairs of the sovereign states.
And to make such changes permanent, patriots need to support PDJT in leading the states to repeal the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.
Remember in November 2020!
MAGA!
Democrats hate women athletes because it’s all about their love for the Russian athletes plan.
This is how you get President Trump elected in 2020.
I think conservative white males should be represented at all levels of the LGBTQ organizations at a minimum of 50% ... also school boards, college entrance boards etc.
But does Patrick fit Brian?
