Eric Holder, the suspect in the fatal shooting of Grammy-nominated rapper Nipsey Hussle, was charged Thursday with murder and two counts of attempted murder, authorities said.
Holder, 29, is being held in a Los Angeles jail. He was also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
Prosecutors recommended bail be set at $5,000,000, according to a criminal complaint. If convicted of murder, Holder faces between 25 years and life in prison.

Los Angeles police Chief Michel Moore told reporters Tuesday morning that Holder and Nipsey knew each other, and the suspect had approached the rapper several times on Sunday.
Though the rapper was a member of an arm of the Crips street gang and police believe Holder belongs to a gang as well, Moore declined to specify any gang affiliation and said the dispute between the two does not appear gang-related.

My mom tells me how Carmine Persico (head of one of the crime families) and other gangsters who grew up in her neighborhood were always gentlemen to her and very respectful.
They were still animals and murderers.
But at least the neighborhoods were relatively safe, unless you dealt with the mafia or had to pay them protection!!
They were BAD Guys.
But they understood a destroyed neighborhood and family life was bad for business.

Then I was encouraged to see that Eric Holder was heading to the slammer. But I began looking for the words “satire” when I read that Michael Moore had become police chief.
I thought I was about to hear the voice of Rod Sterling.

Was he mishandling a gun he’d found and was shooting at seals?
That excuse works in California if you are an illegal alien.
He will be in jail for life, which won”t be long.
