He is a brilliant campaigner. I was slow to accept that in 2016, although I liked his policies, but by the end I saw that other people like me, appreciated someone that just talked to us honestly. He is not a politician and doesn’t play by the rules, and I like it!

lol! I think Trump would be happy if you just brought in Chinese. He doesn’t seem picky. I love it that he goes to a swanky restaurant and orders well done steak and catch up. Without feeling the least weird about it. That’s the best thing about him. He’s never embarrassed or feels like he has to impress anybody. It’s the lying media that tries to make him seem that way, but that’s not him.

I remember listening to Trump on a Rush interview, at least three or four years before he decided to run.

He was talking about the inferior glass and metals, used in construction, from Chiiiii-nahhh....and, how we could not permit these imports to continue.

I came in and told hubby....Donald Trump needs to run for President. I would support him 1000%.

Sure enough, a few years later, he announced he was running. Hubby tells friends that I was on that escalator in TT, riding down with he and Melania.

I was a fan from the get go. I’ve always trusted his instinct (from when I was in sales and read Art of the Deal....which helped my career, tremendously) to his run...I thought...why would someone risk it all...risk everything...for something that wasn’t a sure deal.

Trump wouldn’t - he knew We the People were sickened by what had happened to this country that HE HIMSELF loves, as much as we do.

Rusty there were many fights among us on this site during primaries over Trump and Cruz!!! MANY MANY Freepers believed Trump was a Dem because of his donations to Dems!! WE saw through it and knew he had to give to them because of his business dealings, I LOVED Reagan but I have to tell you I LOVE Trump more!! Trump is far more conservative than Reagan AND he fights more than Reagan!!! I thank God everyday for his divine intervention in the 2016 election Trump is the ONLY person that has any chance of saving this republic!!! Those Freepers that left this site because they thought Cruz was the only way, I hope they have seen the light!!!
