We'll see if MLB can rekindle their national popularity. Regionally, it does well. But nationally it's always struggled a bit.

It’s funny, do you remember the movie Major League? When the fans are reading in the paper and the one turns to the other and says: “Who the hell are these effin guys?”

Well, on the radio this AM, the host says - can any of you identify these 4 names? He reads them off... No one ever heard of them.

It was the Catcher, Third Baseman, Center Fielder and I think SS for the Orioles today. :)

Growing up in South Jersey me and my brother would sit outside with a few cold ones and listen to the Phillie's games on a old AM radio. Good times. Great team back then. Mike Schmidt,Steve Carlton, Pete Rose,and The Tugger!
