Many people are looking forward to a time when men will be able to take an oral contraceptive.
But there's a challenge with hormonal birth control: suppressing testosterone in men to super-low levels while avoiding the side effects of low hormone levels, such as changes in sexual function. A pill that you put in your shoe.
It makes you limp
Women will trust a man who says, “yeah! I took it!”?
They also have a new pill for daily use any sex, that is supposed to make Sex safe from HIV transmission. The commercial say’s I’m on the Pill. By both sexes.
That I have to disagree with it is to much a blanket response, after 2 late life Miscarriages that nearly KILLED my Mother, she found a hospital that would do a Tubal Ligation. And for me anther pregnancy after 2 C Sections was a Necessity. I was 15 when I found her Bleeding out in the bathroom, from a dead 5 month unborn baby, they were going to make her carry it, dead Unborn ROT in the Uterus and will KILL the mother. But she miscarried it first, 3 units of blood to replace what she lost. Dr told her the next would KILL her. I’d rather have my Mom ALIVE than another Miscarried baby and Both DEAD.
Did your mother ever figure out how she kept getting pregnant?
I suspect your father had something to do with it...
