Todays Cryptogram
KCA JRPU LC GRJZ RPE JORPLT UOT GTLDPPDPL, GAU KCA JRP IURWU HOTWT KCA RWT RPE JORPLT UOT TPEDPL. J. I. STHDI
You can find this little fun word game, to combat early dementia and senility in us baby boomers, in several daily publications, unfortunately they are copyrighted so we can't use them here. So, we're just going to make up our own.
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and any tips you might give the group on how you solve these puzzles. Puzzle solvers love to hear if you found the CG challenging or easy.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for todays Cryptogram.
Solving the puzzle under 8 minutes is good, under 6 very good, under 4 excellent and under 2 "you're a pro!"
Those of you looking for an added challenge can try to solve one sentence or even one word at a time, i.e. solve the entire first line, then go to the second line etc.
If you need a little help you can copy the cryptogram and paste it to Hals Helper below:
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper.

IT'S KIND OF FUN TO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE.- WALT DISNEY
Many of you picked up on the first word, and you were off like a jet rocket.
under 3 minutes ...
Couldn’t get the first one yesterday but finished today in a minute or so....took longer finding the ‘right key’ to hit.....
BTW your intro came out twice....
Woof 1 1/2 min. That one flew together. I guessed the first word and the contraction and then all the rest flew in as fast as I could type. A good solid saying as well.
Yes. I posted this from my iPad. Shouldn’t do that.
Had to fiddle around a bit and then got the last word together, which immediately led to the nine letter word before the comma. From there on it was straightforward.
Less than a minute, contraction and guess on first word, and it was downhill from there.
4 min in a very bumpy car.
I instinctively knew the author but argued myself out of it.
(I’ve got to start listening to those little nagging doubts.)

Quick one
This is a quote I memorized many years ago. Had lot’s of occasion to tell it to my kids (slightly revised).
Got the last two letters in the contraction, played the odds to find the "e", which gave me the long word before the comma. Then it was just plugging in to make the rest.
I googled the author and found at least one other person listed. I think the one I have is the correct one.
???
Sometimes they list the wrong author of the quotation. I think this one is the right one.
Okay, I’m getting good at this. I read the first three words on sight, and just filled in from there. It’s fun to see my own improvement! I’m so happy you started doing this!
What happened to the cryptogram on March 17, 2019. I can’t find it to double check the letters
I think that was Sunday. I was camping. We picked up on it the 18th.
Are you talking about the solution?
No CG on the 17th. Nikos finally took a break...
Yes, a day without a cryptogram is like a day without sunshine.
