Seattle KOMO-TV Documentary-Seattle Is Dying(best response to any liberal)
Seattle KOMO TV 60 Minute Documentary ^

Posted on 03/19/2019 6:26:48 PM PDT by Be Careful

I saw this referenced on Tucker just now. This is a powerful documentary that speaks for itself. Liberal citizens attacking liberal neighborhood councils for failing to protect their communities. More than well worth the 60 minute watch. Please watch and share with as many as possible, especially Millenials. Seattle and SF top the list in crime.

Thanks. I watched the whole thing.

I never liked Seattle much, though I lived on an island in Puget Sound. Left more than a dozen years ago. By then the seeds were planted, now they are in full bloom. It will never get better. Crime, drugs, needles and poop on the streets, no consequences for anything. Visitors are appalled.

The stupid city counsel found billions and billions for an underground traffic tunnel along the shore when an expanded roadway would have been far cheaper and just as effective. But they cannot find the money to police the streets, in any meaningful way.

Who in their right mind would want to visit Seattle?

Wasn’t Seattle the original home of the first “Skid Row”?

The biggest problem with liberal cities dying, is that, the people who voted in those cities helped to create the messes by electing liberals who only know how to destroy any place they control.

The bigger than ‘biggest problem, is that, those same voters who helped to destroy those cities, will be on the move once those cities begin to rot, and when they move, they bring with them the same ideas and voting records to their new places, and thus, they begin to destroy the new places they move to. Witness to that is how Texas and Florida are trending purple, and might eventually turn blue, and when that happens, where do the red-state citizens move to? Liberalism doesn’t stop until every place it visits is dead.

Saw it. The CC is still mum on it. I’ll bet they’ll come out with some lame excuse when it’s drugs that’s making them homeless and the CC hands out sterile needles and don’t arrest them for drugs. It’s insane and they want more money to combat homelessness. As George Carlin said: They’re house-less ... you need a house to put your home in it.

My sister and parents live there.

I had to explain to my kids why there were homeless people living in the highway medians, syringes on the street, and all sorts of things.

They live in a rich suburb, but the people are sick. Hard to explain any other way.

Skid Road, actually - they used to skid logs down the hill to a sawmill in the early days. It morphed into "Skid Row" over the years to describe the crummy part of any city.

We have friends who I paid about $700K for a house in Seattle about 11 years ago. Just could not get the attraction. ..but they’re Libs...and from BC. I’m from south end. NEVER wanted to live NEAR Seattle...now don’t even want to go to Mariner games.

If they could realize they were the cause they could reverse the damage and stay put.

Progressivism is a socialist disease, it’s transmitted by nitwits.

Great documentary. Cuts through all the bull. “Medical” marijuana leads to legal marijuana leads to this madness. This is how EVERY place will be that accepts that drug use is just another choice.

We don’t do anyone any favors by referring to these people as “mentally ill.”

Basically they have permanent, irreversible brain damage due to drug use.

So call them brain-damaged, or Zombies, or the Walking Dead. But don’t use euphemisms like the “Homeless” or “Mentally Ill.” They are a menace to the health and safety of the community. They need to locked up in institutions.

We used to visit Seattle years ago when our daughters were there. Then I developed an allergic reaction to the Left Coast so haven't been back since.

"We deserve better."

No, you deserve exactly what you have gotten, and you have gotten exactly what you deserve.
