AOC, Beto, and the 12 years till death.

I've been listening to the latest Dem candidates and their stump spiel. More than one has been saying to the voting public that they must be elected to stop global warming or we will all be dead in 12 years.

I had been wondering what light bulb has been predicting death in 12 years and have yet to hear any "mainstream" science on this subject.

I decided to do a hypothetical that one of these bozo's was elected and given any kind of power at all. Think of it this way,....You really believe that the world is ending in 12 years,....for real. Now you are POTUS with a few confederates elected in congress. If you really believe you and your loved ones are dead in 12 years, what would you do? Would you allow nay sayers to stay free? How about letting them stay alive to protest your actions as POTUS? How about following the Constitution or declaring Marshall Law.

If I were elected POTUS and really believed Global Warming was going to kill the planet and all I had was 12 years, There would be nothing to stop me from killing industries, taking freedom, and killing the opposition.

If we allow one of these insane bozo's any power, you will see a quick deterioration of America into anarchy. I see some talking heads sort of laughing at these chuckle heads, but this is getting serious if they even get close to winning anything. They will not hesitate to declare an emergency and suspend the Constitution, IMHO. They seem to believe the bilge they are saying and are converting the teens still in school.

If that is true, my scenario will be coming true in a few years or less. Imagine a 16 yo believing that he has 12 or less years left. by the time he graduates, there will be only 8-10 years left. I see armed conflict, anarchy, murder, and revolution, in our future. It will no longer be just a difference of opinion.

Being mildly interested in whether I should start any long books, when did the clock start in the 12 years?

If it was last month, then I can be comfortable in finding out whodunit.

If it was 11 years ago, last December, well...

If they really believe the world will end in 12 years why do they also want to give everyone free college? Not much point in giving someone a college education if they will be dead in a few years.

It is the reason all kids go to college, nowadays. To party.

AOC, Beto, and the 12 years till death.

Not really. They said about 2 months ago, that we had 12 years. So that means that we have 11 years and 10 months. Ya' gotta' count down.

Instead of climate nonsense, maybe a class in Marshall law?
Hard to read the rest of the article, once I got to that one.

It’s obvious it’s a ruse. If they were serious they would come down hard on china as china is responsible for 93% of the global pollution.

There was a sort-lived TV series a few years ago, about how people reacted to learning that the moon had mysteriously shattered, and the fragments were going to smash into earth in an inexorable approach and the resulting demise of all life as known before.

Perhaps this kind of apocalyptic future is what inspires the doomsday scenarios that seem so beloved of our magical thinkers. But as noted elsewhere, there is no viable branch of scientific inquiry that even points to any such outcome.

What we see is the practice of a cult known as “scientism”, a belief in the holy power of according some few glib and persuasive individuals to take a few known facts, and to extrapolate these facts into an untested theory, bending and ignoring contrary findings, and “predicting” only the very worst of outcomes. While this makes for great “science fiction”, the emphasis is on the FICTION and not the science.

After all, the great L. Ron Hubbard founded a whole religion on speculation about “what if” the human psyche could be reduced to a few mixed messages received early in life? And the mixed messages could be drawn out and reassessed?

Thus was born the cult of Scientology.

Who knows. Maybe 10 was too short and 15 too long and a dozen was the sweet spot some focus group told them fear would make them hand over power to them. Because this is all about grabbing power and money as it always is.

My family and I are good Democrats and would like to plan out our last days but we don’t have the necessary info we need to develop these plans. Since 99% of the scientists and 100% of Democrat pols know that we are going to be incinerated in 12 years, we have called dozens of pols and scientists offices for more info on how this is going to play out. So far they either laugh at my question and hang up or simply hang up on me. Here are our two options as I see them:
1. The temp will stay basically the same as it is today then suddenly, one day 12 years from now, the temp goes up in one day from 70 deg to 1000 deg and we all burn up? If that is the case, we will all go our seperate ways, for now, get back together in 12 years, and all hold hands as we suddenly incinerate or
2. The temp goes up 100 deg immediately after the Nov 2020 election day “if” Trump is re-elected followed by 100 deg steps each year for 12 years. If this is the case, we will all either die from the heat or commit suicide immediately after the 2020 election since we do not want to suffer.

So far, no Democrat pol or 99% climate scientist in my blue district has been able or willing to explain to me how or when this increase in temp is going to happen.

I am not joking here. If we are really going to die from global warming in 12 years, the scientists and Dem pols must already know how it will play out over that period.

In summary, maybe by asking Dems to explain how this temp rise is going to play out will help them see how foolish they are.

Algore's 10-year doomsday clock started 20 years ago.

Maybe they stopped at Dunkin Doughnuts and got a dozen doughnuts. Or maybe Beto and his old lady were watching that weird scifi movie ‘’12 Monkeys’’ and smoking some chronic bud and got like... like ..totally woke and like.. and said “Wow! 12 monkeys means like we only got like... 12 years left.. like..’’

I’m thinking if we just have 12 years to live, shouldn’t we kill all the prisoners whose sentences exceed 12 years? I mean, they’ll be no good to us and imagine the carbon savings.
