A Baltimore woman walked onto a Cherry Hill playground late Thursday afternoon, struck up a conversation with a boy she didnt know, then opened fire on the boy and his mother, police say.

The young lady with the gun looked as though she was high, drunk or in a manic state. She didn’t look fully present.

I think the test is if his name, voice, photo, or video shows up within the city limits. Him just contemplating going there is probably a lower level felony.

Cherry Hill is not one of the better neighborhoods in Baltimore. There are some good people who live there and must put up with a lot from the riff-raff who also live there. Looking at the picture of the perp, the aura of mental illness is strong.

Cherry Hill was known as a very rough neighborhood when I lived there 35 years ago.
This would have been unthinkable even back then.
I can only imagine it's gotten worse.
